PUBLIC WALLS
Solo Shows, Group Shows, online, inside, outside, participating artists grant Public Walls, its volunteers, and collaborators authorization to publish their information including their name, location, and selected images for the purposes of the exhibition of their work and for promotional purposes. This authorization is given in perpetuity for said purposes.
Participating artists agree that they will be solely responsible for processing any sales of their work if showing work in a Solo Show or Group Show online, and that they are responsible for any and all applicable sales taxes of their jurisdiction, they are responsible for the handling and shipping of their work and must guarantee that they can provide tracking numbers of any shipped work to the collector and to Public Walls for reference.
Participating artists must understand and agree that this is a project ran solely for the purpose of advancing exhibition opportunities to a curated selection of artists, and that online shows take place on this page and not on a separate platform.

The critiques and services provided by Public Walls are for entertainment and personal and professional insight purposes only.

By booking a reading, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions and that you understand that a critique is an opinion based on the information and images you provide. Such opinion can only be taken as such. Studio is not liable for any outcomes, consequences, or interpretations arising from your session. All services are non-refundable.
If you are needing to reschedule a critique for any reason, please send Studio a message 24 hours prior to your scheduled reading.
Rescheduling must be done in writing via email. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a 'no-show' and will not be rescheduled.
All appointments are Eastern Standard Time (NY, USA time zone).
It is up to the client to ensure the time zone calculations are done accordingly so that their scheduled appointment is not missed.
No recording is allowed.
THIRD PARTY ART PROFESSIONALS
Public Walls regularly collaborates with art professionals such as writers, art historians, critics, lecturers, museum professionals from around the world.
These collaborations do not entail that such volunteers, collaborators, are associates nor sub-associates of Public Walls, its volunteers or associates, and such collaborations do not constitute employment, partnerships, or any additional or long-term financial or work related responsibility by Public Walls, its agents, volunteers or other participating parties.
PRIVACY
All matters discussed during your critique session(s) including your name and contact information will remain private. Information received will only be disclosed if subjected to lawful duty.
Recording, screen shots of critique sessions is prohibited.
We respect your privacy, no personal details, contact information will be shared with any third party beyond the art professional meeting with the artist for their critique.
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically without prior notice.
